Nielson G. Pangan from the UP College of Law led the top 10 2013 bar exam passers. See his photo below:
Acording to reports, a total of 1,174 out of 5,293 law graduates passed the exams. Originally, there were 5,593 examinees but 300 of them backed out and refused to take the test. The 2013 bar exams were held on four Sundays October last year at the University of Santo Tomas in Manila.
