Here's the list of topnotchers in the 2013 bar examination:
Nielson G. Pangan from the UP College of Law led the 2013 bar topnotchers. 5 of the top bar passers came from UP. Congratulations UP!!!
Acording to reports, a total of 1,174 out of 5,293 law graduates passed the exams. Originally, there were 5,593 examinees but 300 of them backed out and refused to take the test. The 2013 bar exams were held on four Sundays October last year at the University of Santo Tomas in Manila.
