Takbo: Sagipin ang Kalikasan 2013 Run for a Cause

The fun never ends because there will always be a FUN run! The Philippine Military Academy will hold it first ever Run for a Cause in Baguio City entitled “Takbo! Sagipin ang Kalikasan” on January 20, 2013 at Burnham Park, Lake Drive  here in Baguio City. Organized by PMA Mandarangan Class of 2003, the run aims to promote environmental awarenesss and "the class proposes to plant coffee seedlings in PMA, as part of its advocacy to promote a lush environment." Other chunk of the proceeeds will be donated to PMA cadets as a "gratitude to the Academy for training them into becoming military officers."

The run also aims to help LT Frederick Emil "Tappy" Tapawan, who has been battling with tonsillar cancer for more than two years now.

Takbo Sagipin ang Kalikasan 2013 will officially kick-off on January 20, 2013 at 5:00 in the morning. Be part of Baguio's 1st Hall Marathon of 2013! Register now! Registration fee;:
