Tomorrow is January 1, 2012. According to GoToHoroscope, "the Dragon symbol of the 2012 year is an intelligent and laborious worker who never puts aside work though sometimes this leads him to excesses. The water Dragon has enough courage to face challenges and easily finds weak points that stand on his way to success." I was born in 1986, and according to Geomancy, the Center for Applied Feng Shui Research, considering that the Tiger and the Dragon have good affiliation with each other, I can expect things to good more smoothly." Well, I wish this year's gonna be a lucky year for me. Anyway, here are my New Year's resolution:
1. No more pork and beef in my diet - meaning I'll only eat chicken, fish and veggies. I have set this as my year-end resolution but this will also be part of my new year's resolution. I'm doing this in support of "no to animal cruelty" campaign by PETA.
2. I need to focus and excel in my tasks this year as a Quality Analyst. I need to alot more time in quality audits, focus in agent's development especially the NHT and Bottom performers as well as time management.
3. Sex. Yes, I want to have sex in the kitchen! This is sexciting!
4. I need to have stronger relationship with our Almighty Father. I rarely go to Church considering the nature of my job but, this year, I'll make it a point that do it regularly. God is good and great!
5. Just ignore those insecure people around me who've done nothing but "sabotage" me. Like I always said, there's always this one person who'll ruin our credibility and reputation. Well, let them be. God is watching them anyway!
6. What else? I need wash my clothes on a daily basis? Oh no! I don't really have time to wash my own clothes. My only option is go and check laundry shops.
7. Involved myself in charity works as well as volunteerism. To help others, especially the unfortunate, is the best thing that we can do that we care for them.
8. Save money!
The list is actually endless but I've chosen only 8, considering the fact that I'm a great believer that number 8 is a lucky number. For Chinese, number 8 is also considered as a lucky number. The main reason has to do with the pronunciation of the word for the number 8 in China. It is pronounced "ba" and sounds like the word for prosperity which is pronounced "fa".
