When my fellow Quality Analyst Lourdes invited me to join her at Ebais Cafe and Pastry a few days ago, I had only one thing in my head: to try their Carrot Cake. Aside from the fact that cakes are my "favorites," I was also informed that Carrot Cake is their best seller.
