Pamana Restaurant Baguio and the Disappointment

If there's one thing that would definitely influence me to highly recommend a particular resto or cafe, I'd say it's customer service. Customer service plays an important role in customer satisfaction and, consequently, the growth of the business. The more customer-service oriented your staff is - whether yours is a big time resto or not - the more customers will be satisfied. The more customers are satisfied, the higher the chance that they will revisit and recommend your resto. Period.

Pamana is now open to serve the City of Pines.
Pamana Restaurant in Baguio City is Now Open
Pamana Restaurant, which is a Legacy of the old Bario Fiesta, is now open to serve the City of Pines. They have officially opened their doors February 19th of this year. Currently, they have branches in Baguio, Makati, Quezon City, Tagaytay and Boracay

The Place
Pamana here in Baguio is spacious and I like its ambiance. It's absolutely perfect for a romantic or even a friendly date. Their glass chairs looks amazingly good!

Inside Pamana Restaurant - Baguio. Looking great, isn't it?
Beautiful, isn't it? I absolutely like how Pamana was designed and conceptualized.
The Food
We've tried Pamana's Big Island Chichen Katsu, Chocolate Ah and Afternoon Tea Set  - nothing really extraordinary about the taste.

Big Island Chicken Katsu: Chicken breasts coated with Macadamia Nuts and bread crumbs deep fried to a golden finish served with Pamana's famous katsu dipping sauce and tropical marmalade.
Chocolate Ah.
Afternoon tea set: 2 tier platter with assorted pandesal sanwiches, turon, palitaw and puto bumbong served with tea of choice. Good for 2-3 persons.
The Price
Price ranges is from Php250 and up. Big Island Chicken Katsu costs Php280.00, Chocolate Ah for three costs Php210 and Afternoon Tea Set costs Php380.00.

Yours truly with Wynn and Amos.
The Disappointment
Now, you might wonder: what caused the disappointment? I have two: (1) It took them at least thirty minutes to serve our food which I find unjustifiable because I didn't see other customers order prior to us. Fact is, there were only few customers at Pamana during our visit.Waiting thirty minutes is absolutely annoying. (2) We had to call thrice before they gave us our bill. We were rushing because we will watch Run All Night starring Liam Neeson so just imagine the agony of waiting. It's very disappointing that Andy (I've checked the waiter's name tag) totally ignored our request to get the bill for us. Good thing the lady waiter (I forgot to get her name) got it nicely for us.
