Of course, you know I'm just kidding because there's no official result yet as of this writing. My post's title is actually "Janine Tugonon makes it to Top 16."
Now here's the story: Binibining Pilipinas-Universe 2012 Janine Tugonon made it to the Top 16 in the 61st Miss Universe pageant held at the Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino in Las Vegas on Wednesday night (Thursday morning in Manila).
The coronation night is hosted by Andy Cohen, Bravo's executive vice president of development and talent, and entertainment journalist and fashion and beauty expert Giuliana Rancic. Below is the complete list of candidates who made it in this year's Miss Universe Top 16: 1. Venezuela -- Irene SofÃa Esser Quintero 2. Turkey -- Çağıl Özge Özkul 3. France -- Marie Payet 4. Peru -- Nicole Faverón 5, Russia -- Elizabeth Golovanova 6. Mexico -- Karina Gonzalez 7. Poland -- Marcelina Zawadzka 8. Hungary -- Agnes Konkoly 9. South Africa -- Melinda Bam 10.
