Ousted former President Joseph Ejercito Estrada filed his CoC for Manila mayor bid. Mobbed by supporters, Estrada and his running mate, Vice Mayor Isko Moreno filed their COCs at the Commission on Elections (Comelec) office in Arroceros, Manila.
