The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology or Philvolcs reported an intensity 4.0 earthquake in Cotabato City around 3:00pm today, September 3, 2012.. So far no damage was reported, however, aftershocks are to be expected. Philvolcs also reported intensity III quake in Datu Unsay and Datu Hoffer, Maguindanao and Intensity II in Zamboanga City, Kidapawan City and Isulan, Sultan Kudarat.
