Philip Morris suspends Robert Blair Carabuena pending the outcome of the investigation re charges filed by MMDA traffic enforcer Fabros. Carabuena is the "the large, corpulent, bearded man who verbally threatened, berated, and physically abused a uniformed MMDA traffic constable." His video berating Mr. Fabros, which gained violent reactions from Filipino netizens, surfaced on YouTube and social networking websites such as Twitter and Facebook a few days ago.
Philip Morris stated “PMFTC has suspended Mr. Carabuena pending the outcome of the investigation. PMFTC reiterates that it does not condone inappropriate conduct by any of our employees."
