SM City North EDSA is the Philippines largest shopping mall based on gross leasable area, according to Yahoo! SM City North EDSA which has a total of 482,878 sqm Gross Leasable Area (GLA) also made it to world's largest shopping malls. Currently, the mall ranks third, just behind China's Golden Resources Mall and New South China Mall. Meanwhile, SM Mall of Asia is the Philippines second largest shopping mall with a GLA of 390,193 sqm and it is currently the world's tenth largest shopping mall.
