Paulo Avelino is the Philippines sexiest man alive for 2012. Now on its seventh update, Starmometer, the Philippines leading showbiz weblog, confirmed that Paulo is indeed the sexiest of them all. Garnering a total votes of 17, 876, Paulo Avelino is followed by Xian Lim who also garnered more than 17, 000 votes as of this writing. ABS-CBN talent and award-winning actor Coco Martin was ranked third. He was followed by Aljur Abrenica and PBB runner-up Gerald Anderson.
