Special thanks to Coach Moises and the rest of his team members for the invite. I truly appreciate it. God bless you all. By the way, Villa Navarro Beach Resort is a three-hour ride from Baguio City. It is located 247 kilometers north of Manila in the peaceful town of Caba, La Union - 10 kilometers north of the famous town of Agoo. Here are the photos taken during the team building:
At the Partas Bus Station at Governor Pack Road, Baguio City. Coach Moises with his team members getting the ticket. The ticket costs Php80.00 from Baguio City to Bauang, La Union. The bus is fully air-conditioned. By the way, thanks much to Coach Moises and the rest of you team members for the invite. Haha!
Getting ready for the trip! From left to right: Rose, Cherry Grace, Francis (finally, I got his name right. I'm fond of calling him Chris. Hahahaha). Jael, Jennifer aka Jen, and Kryzia aka Kris. You guys rule! Good job for your CSAT performance!
At Bauang, La Union. We reached the place at 13:00. We're tired, sleepy and hungry. But the experience was definitely fun and memorable. In this photo (from left to right): Edsan, Cherry Grace and Dora/Glory.
Partas. From what I know "partas" means "fast". Please correct me if I'm wrong. By the way, we went down via Naguillian Road. It was great and memorable. And worth blogging for. Hehehe!
The market encounter. One thing that I like about the Bauang Public Market is it's very eco-friendly, meaning they don't use or sell plastic bags. They instead use "used newspapers" as wrappers for purchased goods, even fresh meat and fish.
Our destination - Villa Navarro Beach Resort. We reached the place at around 14:00. From the town proper to Villa Navarro, the fare is Php15.00 per head. It was fun. We've got jokes of all sort about "the call center experience" of the team members. It's fun to be with them.
The souvenir shop. We didn't have much item to check for souvenir items because we are not interested. The shop offers a wide array of items like cowboy hats, native necklaces and native fans.
Inside Villa Navarro Bach Resort. In this photo (from left to right): Grace, Rose, Dora/Glory, Francis and Cherry Grace. The place is beautiful especially if it's well maintained.
Cooking time! In this photo (from left to right): Ms. Confidential (hehe), Jael, Marvin, Kris, Rose and Dora/Glory. We had "talong salad", grilled pork and tilapia for "brunchner" - that is "breakfast", "lunch" and "dinner" combined. Hehe!
The beach!"Beautiful beach, a sunny day, and good friends! What more can anyone ask for?" - From the movie Cocoon: The Return. I wonder why the Resort Management didn't have much time taking care of their business.
CSAT Achievers! Coach Moises with his team members. Well, it's fun and memorable to be with them. Had chitchat and "banters" with them and talked about stuffs we don't normally talked about at work. Hahahaha! Ready to munch. By the way, I didn't notice that I ate too much. I really enjoyed the food and the cool breeze coming from the sea.
One of the most beautiful sunsets I've ever witnessed. "I envy people who can just look at a sunset. I wonder how you can shoot it. There is nothing more grotesque to me than a vacation". -Dustin Hoffman
Yours truly. Honestly, I rarely wear sunglasses. Not my type. By the way, I have a question: do I look better in this photo - if have sunglasses? Oh, hahaha! Never mind, You don't need to answer my question.
Me again! Background image: The resort's basketball court. I really wonder why the Resort Management is no longer taking care of the place well. I checked on other blogs to learn more about the place and I was impressed how it looked like before. It's a great difference from what it is today.
The pool! The way the place was designed was impressive. How I wish they have taken care of the place very well to attract more tourists and visitors. I didn't use the pool because of some confidential reasons which I rather not mention here.
The nipa hut. So enticing and relaxing! I wonder why I didn't try "going inside" this hut. I think it's exciting. Hahahaha!
Sunset pose. Yours truly. One more shoot before we left the place. Others stayed overnight. For me, I left because of my work. Unfortunately, I didn't make it to work because I felt too dizzy. How sad!
Goodbye Villa Navarro. Rose, Chris, Grace, Jenny and I left the resort at 5:30 in the afternoon. Before we left the place, we asked ourselves: "Do you still plan to check the place again"? One of us answered "No way" and we all agreed. We shall NOT return!
Again, special thanks to Coach Moises and the rest of his team members for the invite. I truly appreciate it. God bless you all. Note: Photos are all taken by me. Haha!
